Chase Farms has walking trails through the woods but no park. The association does have many scheduled events such as Easter Egg Hunt, bike parade, meet Santa,etc. for the kids and family picnics and other events.
The location of the subdivision is between 8 and 9 mile roads and between Meadowbrook and Novi Roads. If you shoot down Novi Road north 4 miles you will be at the main shopping area of Novi. There is Twelve Oaks Mall and about 100 more stores and restaurants clustered around the area. If you go south about a mile from Chase Farms subdivision you will be in Downtown Northville. I-275 is just 3 miles to the east of the sub. So if you are moving to the Metro Detroit area you will love Chase Farms location!
